Company Information

The online store Motorcity Karting Arena (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is owned by Motorcity OÜ (registry code 16051241), located at Laeva 1, Tallinn, 10111, Estonia.

Definitions and General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Motorcity OÜ for the purchase of services. By using our services, you agree to enter into this legal agreement, to comply with its provisions, and confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Purchase and/or the Privacy Policy, you may not use the services.

System – the e-shop and its installed tools, accessible at www.motorcity.ee.

Service Provider – Motorcity OÜ, registered in the Estonian Business Register, with its registered office at Laeva 1, Tallinn 10111, Estonia, registry code 16051241, VAT number EE102382930.

Client – a natural or legal person who, as the end user, purchases a Gift Card or orders services from the System, or uses other services provided in the System, regardless of whether the Gift Card is purchased for their own use or the rights to the Gift Card (e.g. as a gift) are received from the purchaser of the Gift Card.

Gift Card – a gift card with a unique gift card code. Upon activation, the Client has the right to claim one of the services listed on the Gift Card or available in the System. The activated Gift Card code is the sole document confirming the order and payment of the service chosen under the Gift Card conditions.

Gift Card Code – the code marked on the Gift Card that grants the right and ability to make a Reservation.

Buyer – a private individual who purchases a Gift Card through the System by placing an Order and making payment.

Privacy Policy – defines the purposes, sources, and legal bases for collecting and processing your personal data, establishes the rights of data subjects and the procedures for exercising them, and provides other information required under applicable legislation relating to the protection of your personal data.

Service – the service offered by the Service Provider.

Account – a personal account created in the System, protected by the Client’s username and password.

Reservation – the act of selecting and booking a Service through the reservation tool of the System or in another manner indicated on the Gift Card, using the Gift Card code(s).

Order – the action by which the Client completes the operations presented in the System in order to purchase a Gift Card. For marketing purposes, the terms ‘gift’ and/or ‘gifts’ used in the System are equivalent to the Gift Card.

The validity of contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of services from the Online Store.

The prices of the services sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the service. All prices are in Euros (€).

Service information is provided immediately adjacent to the service in the Online Store.

Placing an order

Add the desired services to your shopping basket to order them. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

• Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Citadele

• Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor

• Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas

• Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

• Card payments: Visa / MasterCard

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the 'Return to merchant' button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the Online Store.

Right of withdrawal

The purchased go-karting service or gift card can be used for an unlimited period of time.

The service or gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

The service may be gifted or transferred to another person.

The service is considered used from the moment the ride has actually taken place or the gift card has been registered for use.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Online Store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing orders and providing services.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by notifying us via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the Online Store must be submitted by e-mail or phone to our customer support.

If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.

A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
