Service Agreement & Rules

Service Agreement

  • By booking and participating in electric karting sessions at Motorcity Tallinn, you agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and safety requirements.

  • All participants must be at least 8 years old and meet minimum height requirements (140cm) to operate electric karts safely.

  • Valid identification is required for all participants. Minors must have parental consent and supervision.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official booking system or at our facility.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur charges.

Facility Rules

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Motorcity staff at all times.

  • Proper closed-toe footwear and clothing are required. Safety equipment will be provided.

  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.

  • Aggressive driving, intentional collisions, or unsafe behavior may result in session termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and materials at Motorcity are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Photography and video recording may occur at our facility for promotional purposes.

  • Participants grant permission for use of their likeness in Motorcity marketing materials unless explicitly opted out.

Safety Guidelines

Racing Safety Rules & Protocols

🏁Pre-Race Requirements

  • Must be at least 8 years old and 140cm tall

  • Valid photo ID required for all participants

  • Closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing mandatory

  • Complete safety briefing before first session

On-Track Behavior

  • Follow all marshal instructions immediately

  • No intentional contact or aggressive driving

  • Stay in your kart at all times during session

  • Respect yellow and red flag conditions

🛡️Safety Equipment

  • Helmets must be worn at all times on track

  • Safety barriers and neck braces provided

  • Report any equipment damage immediately

  • No personal modifications to safety gear

❤️Health & Medical

  • Declare any medical conditions or medications

  • Pregnant participants cannot race for safety

  • No participation under influence of substances

  • Emergency procedures explained before racing

🚫Prohibited Items

Loose jewelry, scarves, or dangling accessories

Open-toe shoes, sandals, or high heels

Baggy clothing that could interfere with safety equipment

Any personal recording devices on track

Food, drinks, or gum while racing

Mobile phones or electronic devices in karts

Liability Waiver

Risk Acknowledgment & Legal Responsibilities

🛡️Assumption of Risk

  • Electric karting involves inherent risks including but not limited to collisions, mechanical failures, and physical injury.

  • Participants acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for their participation.

  • All safety equipment and procedures are designed to minimize but cannot eliminate all risks.

🛡️Limitation of Liability

  • Motorcity Tallinn liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law.

  • We are not responsible for personal injuries resulting from participant failure to follow safety rules.

  • Property damage caused by participant negligence is the responsibility of the participant.

🛡️Insurance Coverage

  • Motorcity maintains comprehensive liability insurance for our facility and operations.

  • Participants are advised to check their personal insurance coverage for recreational activities.

  • Medical expenses may not be covered - participants should verify their health insurance.

🛡️Waiver Requirements

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before racing.

  • Minors require parental/guardian signature on waiver forms.

  • Waivers are legally binding and limit claims against Motorcity.

  • Refusal to sign waiver results in exclusion from racing activities.
